Orders

Q. I want to send flowers, how do I do it?

It is very easy. Visit the website, www.florachic.com and select one of the different products available. We will then guide you through the purchase process where you can provide us with the necessary details to send the flowers.

You can send flowers to Spain, Italy, France, United Kingdom and Germany.

We do not include the vase, but you can choose one from £10.

Use the code in the checkout process.

We would like to, but at the moment we do not have a Sunday delivery service.

The images we use are a visualisation of the product. We send some flowers more closed, such as lilies, so that the recipient can enjoy fresh flowers for a longer period of time.

It is very important that you provide us with your full personal details, including a valid telephone number. You may be contacted by our customer service to confirm the delivery address, make changes to the order or confirm payment information. Communication will be strictly about matters related to the order.

 

Deliveries

Q. What happens after the order has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that we have accepted your order. Later, you will receive another email confirming that the order is being prepared and, finally, we will send you an email when the order has been delivered.

Q. What are the most common problems with orders?

Sometimes incomplete recipient data is the problem. It is very important that the details are complete and correct. The recipient’s telephone number can ensure that the flowers arrive correctly.
